Care commencing within 24–48 hours of referral. Ideal for individuals who can be safely discharged with homecare support.
Domiciliary care - spot purchase
Flexible visiting care for individuals not yet assessed for long-term packages, or requiring interim support.
Domiciliary care - block purchase
Block-purchased hourly or sessional care for local authority-commissioned packages.
Spot-purchase domiciliary care and live-in packages
CHC arrangements subject to individual ICB agreement.

We are not currently on the Hampshire H2LAH Framework (AS24587) or the CCSH contract. We are actively working towards approval and welcome spot purchase referrals from commissioners in the interim. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

Nurse-led assessment
Our registered nurse assesses needs in hospital, at home, or via secure video within 24 hours.
Carer matched & confirmed
We match the right carer by clinical need, gender, language, and location. Confirmation in writing.
Care begins
Care commences as quickly as possible - typically within 24–48 hours of referral, subject to referral complexity and available capacity. Full handover documentation shared on day one.
